Description Job Responsibilities: 1. Create strategic vision for the business that stems from companys strength and build on its competitive advantages. 2. Install a sense of personal involvement and commitment to the strategic vision throughout the company. 3. Act with a clear mandate to achieve expected standards of operational, financial and administrative performance of the company. 4. Oversee all marketing, sales and operation activities and provide directions to achieve sales targets as defined in the approved business plan. 5. Manage and develop relationships with key customers. 6. Maintain standards of performance in terms of criteria such as product quality, customer service, leadership, market share, industry, and financial measures that will meet expectations of the stakeholders. 7. Drive the company to achieve accelerated growth within a short span of time.
Qualifications Required Knowledge & Experience Background: -University Degree in a relevant discipline, MBA Degree is a plus. 15 years working experience in the field of management. (with minimum Four years in similar position). Previous experience in Constructions or Trade Contracting companies.
