Description o Developing, delivering and controlling the implementation of the recruitment process. o Manage relations and resolve issues with Labor Law Authorities. o Develop and manage a performance evaluation and development program. o Plans, organizes and controls HR activities. o Participates in formulating the recruitment, wages, employee consultation and all personnel policies. o Consults with employees on grievances and all personnel matters. o Formulates personnel policy and internal regulations, to be implemented fairly and restrictively. o Prepares monthly personnel reports and manpower rolling forecast. o Submits reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and high turnover. o Insures that the guard manpower is adequate and meets needs of guarding operations o Coordinates with the operation dept. in preparing and collecting the operation reports, such as terminations, new hiring, transfers and statistical records of performance data. o Follows up the implementation of the top managements decisions related to the personnel.
Qualifications - Human Resources experience - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
