Description 1. Insures proper documentation, including transit documents and customs clearances, exists for shipments. Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carrier, forwarders, customers and agents in a timely manner. 2. Prepare all necessary data entry and confirmation of key milestones (departure, arrival, customs clearance, PODs, etc.) as specified by Customer Standard Operating Procedures. 3. Maintain courteous, prompt and efficient customer relations. Oversee and complete accurate billing to clients based on pricing established with the clients while ensuring accurate costs and profits are maintained.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree. Knowledge of logistics systems, including warehousing (warehouse operations and costs, KPIs inventories, previous experience with 3PL providers) and order fulfillment (safety stock, deployment, replenishment) as a must, as well as transportation (costs, delivery times), import/export clearances, foreign policies/ regulations in importation and distribution.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Strong written/oral communication, teamwork, planning and organizational skills. Candidate must possess good business sense, strong analytical skills as well as attention to detail/quality and project management experience. English - fluent verbal and written. Strong PC skills required (MS Office, especially Excel and MS Project)
