Description -Work closely with Brand Manager to create & continuously enhance Marketing Plan & develop Marketing & Promotional Activities Calendar -Work closely with Brand Manager to execute monthly marketing campaigns across all online & offline channels to achieve pre-set sales targets -Develop Brand Visual Standards &Processes -Communicate demand or forecast products/designs to Production Team -Constant monitoring of competitor trends -Direct Design Team to deliver pre-set objectives -Developing reports to communicate Social Media &Online activities &impact on Brand awareness/ consumer engagement -Initiate new digital ideas through monitoring of industry benchmarks, trends & best practices. -Communicating Social media reports & analytics &developing action plans for improvements Responsible for crafting promotions, email newsletters and online outreach campaigns. -Work closely with Brand Manager to plan, create & release monthly ads across the various channels. -Developing &maintaining content &posts for dedicated Facebook Fan Page, Instagram and Twitter channels. -Grow overall base of consumer generated content: reviews, photos, videos, etc. -Responsible for arranging monthly photo shoots &uploading photos on various channels -Responsible for handling all Online customer feedback including complaint handling. -Develop customer-satisfaction surveys to ensure optimal customer experience and leverage insights to make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing, IMC, Media Communication Arts and/or Business Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education. A minimum of 2 years experience in Offline & Online Marketing

Other Skills Sales and Marketing — knowledge of principles and methods of basic marketing strategy and tactics and Online Marketing techniques. Communication and Time Management - Exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to work effectively with cross-departmental team. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Customer Service — knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction, Design — knowledge of basic design techniques using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Ability to resize, edit and enhance designs and apply to mock ups for final usage.
