Description -Provide specific solution/technology/product consulting, technical and pre-sales support for major account opportunities. -Strong understanding of corporate strategy, business objectives, and critical technology related business processes. Good knowledge of the key trends in IT industry and technology. -Professional response to RFIs/RFPs that include post-tender activity, Preparing Technical Solution Documents (TSD) with required scope, BOQ, Project plane, compliance, module write-up including solution overview, etc‡ -Proactive communications with customers to achieve trusted relationship with them and ensure customer satisfaction. -Qualify the current opportunity, identify the customer position & analyze the competition. -Planning and design will include working directly with customer, account teams and business units to build Customer Requirements Documents (CRDs), High and Low level designs (HLD, LLD), Integration and acceptance test plans, Assessment reports and other documents needed for consulting. -Manage the channel with the customer and distributor.
Qualifications Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent. 3 years’ experience at least as a Post Sales and presales engineer with professional services or systems engineering designing IP LANs and WANs, including highly available, redundant networks, firewalls, Voice over IP network design and implementation, QoS, routing protocols and others. CCNA/CCNP/CCNP Voice Certification is desired. Has a good knowledge with Network configurations like Cisco CCW & Iris Has a good knowledge in security solutions and products

Other Skills Providing advanced presales support for networking opportunities. Proven experience in providing complex voice and data system solutions to enterprise clients. Experienced as a Presales Engineer in network design, installation and management. Translating complex business requirements into Network solutions. Providing advanced presales support for internal teams for networking solutions. Providing advice regarding architectural questions, product prerequisites, product features, etc. Assisting Design Associates team mates with BOM development for Network solutions. Ability to understand the clients business objectives and technical needs. Experience designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements. Prior technical sales support experience. Working knowledge and familiarity with most of vendor products and technologies.
