Description Job Scope: Manages the day-to-day implementation and development of programs Major Job Responsibilities: Handling technical websites and/or programs Implementation of the administrative systems and programs procedures Logging and Tracking program in progress Identifying tasks and timeline for the program Preparing status reports and correspondence for the program in progress Developing a comprehensive database Providing on a timely basis requested reports/proposals/studies Follow ISO regulations Handles the affairs of trainees and trouble-shoots problems that affect the smooth operation of the training process Carrying out other special projects/assignments in support of PDF Responsible for the document control Assists in all PDF Events when needed Internal & External: Administration Department Finance Department Providers Specifications: Bachelor Degree in management, information systems or any related fields Background in managing websites technical and/or content Written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as a member of a team Good administrative skills Excellent Computer skills Excellent English skills
