Description Establishing and maintaining Project electronic/ hard filing systems. Participating in the preparation of presentations, materials and handouts for Project events. Providing secretarial and administrative services, such as taking minutes, typing documents, copying, filing, faxing, sending emails, answering the phone, taking messages and making telephone inquiries. Establishing and updating Project inventory and keeping and distributing Project stationery items. Providing translation from English to Arabic and vice versa for simple documents. Support in project documentation activities and provide assistance in the development and circulation of project plans, progress reports, promotional materials and presentations. Assist in collecting, compiling information on project implementation progress Performing logistic arrangement related to workshop organization , field visits, meetings and other events. This includes hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, meeting room bookings...etc. Following up on outstanding actions and priorities for Project Manager. Providing back up support and assistance to Project staff. Assist in the tendering process and selection of consultants. Performing other duties as needed and requested by Project Manager.
Qualifications • University graduate preferably Business or Commerce. • Minimum 5 years of similar office or project experience. Previous work with donor-funded projects would be an advantage. • Possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and team working skills. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. • Possess excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs. • Capacity to work effectively under pressure.
