Description     -Provide managerial support & direction to Operations, Production, Customer Service, Marketing & Accounting -Create, implement & oversee a set of operational metrics -Create/implement Company SOPs for all functions -Achieve financial &operational targets -Develop Company Business Plan, objectives & strategies. -Creation of project plans & oversees scheduling & timely implementation of initiatives. -Work on Commercial Forecasting to represent most appropriate demand plan to achieve the business goals -Manage company budget/expenditures through review of P&L statements & periodical reviews with company accountants. -Work to increase company revenue & profits -Establish strategies for enhanced sales and customer growth -Manage sales activities through different channels. Produce periodical reports to management indicating performance gaps. -Trend analysis of sales figures to conduct sales & production forecasts -Manage installation &continuous improvement of efficient Retail POS system that measures stock levels accurately and multi-level sales recording, tracking and analytics.
Qualifications     Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Sales, Marketing or Business.  MBA is preferred.  Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education. Experience  A minimum of 8-10 years experience in an Operations Management or similar position  Preferably comes with Retail experience.  Demonstrable experience of recruiting and managing teams, including performance management and career development  Experience of working with P&L accounts, budgeting and forecasting  Experience of translating vision/broad strategies into specific targets and tasks.

Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers and builds relationships for future sales and client retention.
