Description —Issue orders to vendors based on planning demand —Track and get confirmation from supplier on delivery, cost —Follow up the delivery date to ensure requested delivery can be satisfied —Maintain required records such as quotes and price lists, blanket order file, supplier correspondence —Develop new supply sources —Participate in establishing the annual purchasing budget for the local vendors and tracking the monthly results in order to control any deviations might arise— Drive the supplier approval and management process —Solve claim problem happened — Maintaining ongoing supplier performance data — Participate in establishing the annual purchasing budget.
Qualifications •College graduate in Engineering/Business, or equivalent experience. •At least 4-5 years purchasing experience. •Good knowledge of purchasing procedure along with the related law. •Good problem solving skills. •Good communication skills. •Excellent English
