Other Skills 1- Expertise in current computer hardware and software. 2- Ability to use one or more development language (C++, PHP, ......etc) 3- Strong communication skills. 4- Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented. 5- Well organized, good communication and reporting skills. 6- Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines. 7- Eye for detail and identifying problems. 8- Very good Java development skills. 9- Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL). 10- Experience in Java web presentation tier software development (Servlet, html, css). 11- Understands and can speak to all aspects of the software development life cycle (e.g. requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation) and associated execution models (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Iterative Development, etc.).
