Conduct training sessions to clients on newly installed software solutions. 6. Participate in software installation activities in coordination with Engagement Manager.
Qualifications 1.(1-3) years in an international IT Company 2.Bachelor’s degree in computer science 3.Microsoft/Oracle certified preferred 4.Good knowledge in Software Support tools and techniques 5.Database Management knowledge (SQL, ORACLE, ..) Candidate Should be deeply aware of software technicalities and his background , career, study is not based on hardware and networks.
