Qualifications 1-must have excellent verbal communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers. 2- must also have the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers. 3-must be persuasive and highly motivated to make sales. 4-keyboarding skills are required to input sales data into a computer while on the telephone with a customer, 5-Being a hard worker, motivated, proactive and enthusiastic 6- Team work in sales oriented environments 7-Time management ,planning ,multitasking and being flexible . 8-• Update customer details and other information in an accurate and efficient manner in the CRM system.
