Description      Develop & approve training policies and forms to be implemented. - designing and implement training plans programmes based on both the organisations and the employees needs. -evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones . -prepare, administer and conduct training assessments. -develop and approve the orientation program for all new hires. -having an understanding of e-learning techniques. -researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.
Qualifications    HR certificate /diploma is an asset Excellent communication & presentation skills. good time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage training schedules. very good reporting skills

Experience    3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills    Excellent using of MS office.
