Description Customer Service / License Representative support companies running VMware software in KSA & UAE countries. They support the entire suite of VMware products for global customers and they work closely with the Customer Service Management team, License team and Service Delivery technical teams to ensure that VMware is delivering superior customer service and technical support to our customers. They will provide exemplary customer service & license fixing issues by ensuring that each customer contact is a friendly, professional and supportive experience to accurately address the needs of the customer. Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound customer contacts by phone and e-mail. - Checking and fixing customers licensing issues. - Accurately and thoroughly log new customer cases in our case tracking system. - Create, use and provide feedback on content from our award winning knowledgebase. - Ensure each customer contact is well documented in our CRM tool along with all troubleshooting work performed. - Set customer expectations with the case resolution process. - Assist customers in sourcing self-service options on VMwares support website. - Work directly with our Technical Support Engineers to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications 1- (preferred fresh graduate) 2- Ability for self-paced studying. 3- Good experience in MS office (Word , Excel & Outlook). 4- Preferred Certificate ICDL. 5- Preferred past experience in Call Centers / Customer Service field. 6- Good understanding of network terminology and concepts. 7- Must be very good in Internet researching. 8-Good experience on ticketing systems.
