Description     Performs office management duties such as personal, book keeping, inventory and supplies records, Ability to plan, organize supervise and review the work of subordinates , records staff time attendance and preparing time sheet for management approval, to understand and follow verbal and written instructions , observance and discipline in work premises.
Qualifications    Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience Bachelor’s degree from college or university in public administration, business , accounting or a closely related field, Age not more 35 years, good looking and cheerful face, leadership, problem solving capabilities Knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures Interpretation to the general public and high level officials and public relation capabilities Ability to work with computer programs such as, MS, word, excel and Outlook
