Description — Corresponding with different local suppliers to obtain the best offers possible. — Accumulating all offers sent and comparing them to come up with the best offer. — Preparing Memos informing different departments of the spare parts and raw materials shipments arrivals. The departments concerned are mainly the logistics, finance and warehouse. — Preparing and updating internal follow up forms. Follow up forms should indicate the path for different spare parts, raw material and equipments shipments. — Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences on a daily basis and distributing the mail to all concerned after having the approval of the Purchasing dire — Implement and maintain effective and accurate filing, tracing and follow up system to assure efficient follow up of all work aspect.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree. • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience. • Very good written and spoken English Language. • Very Good Computer Skills.
