Description — Prepare and implement the annual Marketing Budget & ensure alignment with the companys strategic marketing objectives. — Responsible for create and build Abraj Misr image, branding name, identity & positioning within the real estate market. — Develop the brand marketing programs & ensure successful implementation of these programs — Supervise the marketing research activities & analyze audit reports to provide insights to consumers. — Understand & cope with completion dynamics in which monitor, collect and analyze competitors data and provide the sales department with the required analysis and research for further actions & decisions. — Responsible for the marketing events & plans ex, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, events.. etc. — Develop, adapt and follow-up the implementation of the tactical plan in line with company strategic product objectives. — Guide the development of brands growth strategy & monitor execution of the brands related marketing programs . — Supervise and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly. — Prepare to attend fairs & promotional activities, and prepare all required professional marketing documentation such as Marketing plan, SWOT analysis. — Have an overall responsibility for the commercial success of company products and implement follow up procedures . — Responsible for preparing launching programs for new products and implement follow up procedures.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree, preferred to have Diploma / MBA in Marketing. • 10- 15 years of experience in the same field
