Description 1-Responsible for purchasing process according to company policy along with code of ethics and incoterms 2- Responsible that companys purchasing orders graceful according to the approved system and keep their central file and register irrespective of the requesting depts. all in accordance with set plan. 3- To ensure adequate follow up for orders released by buyers 4- To ensure that no differences in the prices and conditions stipulated in the order compare to suppliers quotations and agreements 5- Responsibility for achieving companys production plan along with Factory turn over and EH&S regulations Responsible for discussing with different suppliers the possibilities of new products requirements and submit a document explaining such approach with availability, estimated cost, minimum order quantity lead-time, etc.
Qualifications Least 1 to 2 year experience in purchasing with similar field company.
