Description The Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible mainly for managing the complete recruitment and selection process for the accounts he will work on. His responsibilities include posting and advertising jobs, creating/reviewing job descriptions, screening applications, conducting HR interviews for different positions, and conducting reference checks. Responsibilities also include the following: - Preparing for the companys participating in employment fairs and representing the company. - Generate regular reports on yield of process, effectiveness and efficiency. - Participate in development projects of the HR department.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree. - 3 years of experience in a relevant position. - HR Certificate/Diploma is a must.
