Description Responsibilities and duties: — Ensure smooth and trouble free operation of all units in shifts — Monitor process and quality parameters. Troubleshooting and corrective action wherever required. — Meet shift production targets. — Data entry into reading system for shift production reports and documentation. — Maintenance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance. — Coordinate with outside supply and dispatch logistics. — Manpower deployment and planning for leaves and rotation in shifts. — Ensure safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance and production activities. — Ensure proper sampling and quality procedures. — Initiate proper start up and shut down activities for planned and unplanned Shutdowns/start ups — Assist in Utility operations and troubleshooting. — Consumables consumptions record keeping and planning and record maintenance.
Qualifications In addition to the basic computer skills, the (Shift Eng) should have analytical, statistical, and communication skills.
