Description — Preparation of technical and commercial tenders: o Preparation of estimates using the Customers own enquiry and specifications. o Using Acrastyles electronic estimating tool to produce cost sheets. o Liaising with component suppliers when necessary. o Obtaining necessary approvals. o Liaising between departments in order to prepare accurate estimates. o Preparation and submission of formal quotation documents to Customer in a timely manner. o Off-site meetings/ surveys with Customer as required. — Processing of received Customer purchase orders: o Receipt/ review of orders. o Issue of orders (paper and electronic) to the Commercial Manager. — Attending inter-departmental pre and post tender meetings: o Internal kick-off meetings. o Internal contract review meetings. — Any other reasonable duties, as required
Qualifications 3-5 Years experience in construction company
