Description     Manage and maintain the Vice Chairmans diary and email account. Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments. Ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the Vice Chairman by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate. Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Vice Chairman. Prepare correspondence on behalf of the VC, including the drafting of general replies. Minute general meetings as required Ensure guests meeting with the Vice Chairman are well taken care of.
Qualifications    • Must be proficient with the keyboard and IT applications • Expert level in the use of Outlook. • Expert level in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the V/C’s office.
