Description     — Manage effective operation and processing of both inbound and outbound customer calls. — Ensure adequate manpower availability to handle forecast volume. — Ensure fair treatment and the well being of the team to maximize motivation and compliance with people policies. — Ensures effective communication with Sales and Customers. — Ensures efficiency of operation, including performance of productivity, systems operations quality levels. — Identify the team needs concerning training and follow up with their development. — Contributes to the evaluation and development of systems to improve service to customers. — Provide sufficient level of support to ensure the optimum harmony in all customer services management related activities, to be reflected in achieving CS yearly overall objectives. — Interfaces with other departments to assist in the development of action plans to improve overall service. — Leads by example, representing corporate objectives and standards. — Reports to senior management all CS departments results and review the tactical plans and follow up on matching the results with company master plan.
