Description Handling Information requests , Preparing correspondence ,receiving visitors , arranging conference calls. Scheduling meetings manage and maintain CEOs schedule including a calendar of appointments , meetings and events , prepare reports ,memos, letters and other documents for the CEO Read and direct incoming mail , submit incoming correspondence including faxes to the CEO file and retrieve corporate documents , records and reports which concerns the CEO , Board and general assembly meet and make arrangements for committee , board , general assembly and other meetings . able to travel inside and outside Egypt Daily tasks and duties: devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing; arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations; screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments; dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager; carrying out background research and presenting findings; producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings; Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Qualifications : University Degree Minimum 7-10 years experiences in similar position. Management skills , High communication and presentation skills , time planning skills ,Professional Appearance. Working for full and long time Perfect in spoken and written English , Perfect in word , Excel and all computer skills
