Description 1 -Follow up on department routine maintenance schedule/plan and distribute workload to team 2 -Follow up on machinery/equipment/premises repairs and distribute, monitor and follow up on tasks to team. 3 -Provide support to team on urgent/challenging tasks. 4 -Write up regular status reports on plant and premises machinery and submit to line manager for review. 5 -Submit purchase order to line manager for review and approval. 6 -Develop skills of team with on the job training. 7 -Maintain and observe health and safety procedures in work environment. 8 -Provide on the job training to new recruits and trainees. 9 -Liaise with head of electrical department to ensure effective teamwork. 10 -Line manage subordinates, in line with the performance management system.
Qualifications 1- BA or BSc (in appropriate field) from recognized university (P) 2- Technical diploma in mechanical/engineering (E)
