Description 1.Develop management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, wage and salary administration 2.Ensure total quality management to meet and exceed customers requirements 3.Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. 4.Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. 5.Lead and develop the lean manufacturing culture to gain improved efficiencies in all divisions. 6.Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. 7.Establish and maintain a standard of performance for the operation- develop KPIs for each site or department. 8.Ensure implementation and evolution of health, safety, & environmental procedure. 9. Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization. 10.Develop strategic vision for operations direction and performance requirement to align with companys mission and objectives. 11.Acts as a member of the management team and performs other duties as directed by position or required by the General Manager. 12.Ensure continuous improvement in all areas of operations. 13.Ensure that the production is cost effective. 14.Support shipping complete goods to customers.
Qualifications 1) Adopt modern production techniques 2) Complex problem solving – sustain work under pressure 3) Human resources Planning 4) Quality control Analysis & management 5) Judgment and Decision Making 6) Good computer skills 7) Good English language 8) Work with IMS- at least with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 9) 12 years at least in steel fabrications factories
