Job Description
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Maintains electronic and hardcopy personnel records; performs data entry of pertinent personnel information, maintains complete and secure hardcopy records, ensures proper documentation is maintained.
Other duties will be assigned
Job Specification
Must have computer knowledge in the use of Microsoft word, Excel and power point
Warm outgoing personality, with the ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with persons of all backgrounds
Very good typing speed in both English & Arabic
Punctual
Presentable
Qualifications: University degree generally required
Gender: Male
Age: 23-27 years old
Salary: 1200
