Description     Perform all the recruitment process and activates through many channels in terms of Advertising, coordinate employment events, Internet and dealing with services providers with guidance of senior recruitment specialist. Select the high qualified calibers through accurate screening, interviewing and conduct references check and enhance data base with guidance of senior recruitment specialist. Planning, developing and implementing a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job to conduct Job descriptions, matrix of authority, KPIs, man power analysis, salary scale and identifying training need with guidance of senior organization development specialist. Establishing and analyze the employees satisfaction surveys to identify S.W.O.T analysis based on job analysis results with guidance of senior training specialist. Develop employees handbook and induction program that cover the company policy and HR policy to communicate the company rights and duties to employees with guidance of senior training specialist. Develop the organization charts in terms of departments, positions, employees and relations in addition conduct promotion and transfer procedures with guidance of senior OD specialist. Develop the Job Description for all positions in the company in terms of Purpose, Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Competencies to be interpreted to the existing employees and the new comers with guidance of senior OD specialist. Generate and establish Key performance indicators for all position that directly affect the company critical successful factors and thus develop the company balance scorecard perspectives with guidance of senior OD specialist. Develop the HR policies and procedures guide to be clear to the employees and integrate it with succession plan with guidance of senior OD specialist.
Qualifications    University degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 1 - 2 years experience in the Human Resources field. HR Diploma is more preferable. Very good command of English language written and spoken Very Good organization and ability to work under pressure and deadlines. Very Good ability to use office package. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
