Description 1. Works as a liaison between employees and an HR manager. 2. Responsible for helping employees find general answers to their questions. This includes helping employees understand company policies and practices. Maintain appointment schedules and handling inquires. 3. Facilitate the smooth operation of the HR Manager Office through the keeping of records. 4. Record meeting minutes. 5. Handling all the incoming and outgoing mails and calls 6. Create an effective filing system. 7. Help with recruitment and Training activities or any other HR activities as requested.
Qualifications Bachelor degree with 1:3 years’ experience in a similar work, past experience in HR is preferred. Excellent English skills and computer skills (MS Office).
