Description     1-Overview The Human Resources , responsible for managing the overall provision of human resource functions, policies, and procedures 2-Responsible for the formulation and implementation of goals, objectives and priorities including the preparation of HR plans and budgets for the successful operation of the Human Resources Department. 3-Preparation of quarterly and annual Recruitment budget and management and control of expenditures from this budget including agency fees. 4-Provides guidance and coaching to management on HR principles and employee relations. 5- Manage Employee relation, Grievances, social insurance, medical insurance, employee files 6-Responsible for Company internal communication with staff to improve awareness and motivation of employees. 7-Supervises and coordinates the performance appraisal process and Supports performance management and employee development through performance appraisals, career planning, job descriptions, promotions and recognition/reward programs. 8-Development of the companys annual training plan 9-Make, develop and implement KPIs and Competency Based PMS. 10-Coach and provided career development advice to staff. 11-Maintains and facilitates relationships with appropriate external bodies 12-Reviews and advice from time to time the companys salary structure to make sure its always within market range. 13-Makes sure that any compensation or benefits program is within government and foundations regulations. 14-Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover. 15-Actively assists the manager during any Crisis management, including developing and implementing a Crisis Management plan, and managing both internal and external communications. 16-Maintains and develops company organization charts and employee directory.
Qualifications    1-Bachelor’s degree preferably master / MBA degree . 2-minimum of 15 years of experience in HR of which at least 7 years in same position 3-Excellent verbal and written English. 4-Excellent computer skills. 5-Sense of organization. 6-Leadership and team management skills. 7-Excellent reasoning ability is required to solve a wide range of problems. 8-Able to understand and utilize financial reports and legal documents to conduct business. 9-Able to work under pressure and work on the development channels of communications 10-Ability to communicate orally with management, service providers, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is crucial.
