Description The ABA Rule of Law Initiative seeks a local M&E expert to assist with, the development of monitoring and evaluation plans and tools, data management and analysis, and program reporting in our Cairo, Egypt Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow the donors and ABA ROLIs M&E requirements and regulations; Develop qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methodologies for project monitoring and evaluation; Lead the data collection and data analysis activities and provide feedback to other staff engaged in data collection; Communicate consistently with country program and DC-based staff; Work with the country program and DC-based staff to as needed to provide input on monthly and/or quarterly programmatic reports; Contribute to the creation of data-driven case studies; Help oversee staff efforts to conduct in-depth assessments of programs; and Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications •Master’s degree preferred. •Minimum 7 years of experience. •Previous work measuring program success in the region required. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
