Description —Manage production technicians and operators. —Receive and follow up job orders from planning department. —Ensure achieving production plan. —Ensure achieving machine maintenance plan with maintenance department. —Ensure achieving molds maintenance plan with molds maintenance department. —Follow up machines down time according to monthly down time plan. —Follow up and control scrap according to monthly scrap percentages plan. —Ensure quality through production processes. —Handle production processes through shifts rotation. —Ensure all safety & Health rules are implemented by him and his colleagues in the department.
