Description 1. Applies company testing procedures to ensure that raw materials, quality of packaging and final products meet QC standards. 2. Monitors the performance machines inspectors who work on production lines. Selects random products on regular basis to perform necessary tests as per checklist. 3. Selects samples of raw-materials for testing purposes. Informs superior about any deviations from QC standards. 4. Prepares checkers report and graph for assigned shift. 5. Maintains QC reports/ samples for records of quality per shift, lot number and manufacturing date for easy tracking. 6. Verifies quality of poly-bag and printing of lot number. 7. Initiate Non-Conformance reports (NCR - Material Rejection Notices) as required.
Qualifications Education: • Minimum QC diploma. Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering is preferred. Experience: • Minimum 3 years experience in quality control, preferably with a reputable hygienic manufacturing company. Skills: • Good command of English. • Very good computer skills (word, excel, outlook). • Basic managerial skills. • Good analytical skills. • Team Player, Self motivated, Working under pressure, hard worker and proactive.
