Description 1. Work hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall companys target. With Identifying business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales. 2. Proactively engage in a consultative and solution oriented sales process. Ensure applicability of products and services in meeting customer needs; plan, prioritize and schedule sales calls and demonstrations. 3. Demonstrate strong sales discipline by ensuring customer and prospect databases are maintained. Provide new and change information within established time frames. Follow up with calls and/or visits to customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction. 4. Maintain a high level of customer service and quality sales presentations. Keep current on sales information, sold and available units, the features of each area and projects and support the companys marketing strategies with adherence to company and industry best practices. 5. Identify competitors products and concentrate on the company strength points. Provide relevant information and recommendations to management.
Qualifications -Bachelor Degree -Selling Skills -Three years of experience preferably in the field of real estate.
