Description Job Summary: Providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, timely and accurate financial and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. 2. Creation of customer invoices submission to customers along with relevant documents and get customer acknowledgement. 3. Control the recording of invoicing and reporting of receivables in order to ensure the companys financial position is protected and cash flows secured. 4. Strong Follow-up with customers for the collections to ensure that all payments are received within due date. 5. Contact client representatives where relevant to follow up on outstanding invoices and trace payments 6. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to Managing Director, Project Managers, Vendors and Clients. 7. Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. 8. Maintain excellent working relationships with customers accounts payable personnel. 9. Processing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, evaluating and applying effective internal controls and supports emerging requirements. 10. Ensure any write off of bad debts are adequately approved and all valid documentation attached. 11. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. 12. Preparing Vendors Payments.
Qualifications 1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting from accredited university. 2. 3-5 years of relevant experience. 3. Knowledge and experience in handling wide range of accounts receivable accounts. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; high-proficiency and advanced Excel knowledge. 5. Strong written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communications skills in Arabic and English. 6. Working experience on ERP systems is a plus 7. Very good command of English language is a must
