Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supervises the day-to-day operations of IT Applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Ensuring the integration of all systems components; e.g., procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware. Manage problem solving for problems raised from multi incidents in operations. Provide customer/user training when needed. Manage the installation and integration of systems fixes, updates, and enhancements. Evaluate established methods and procedures and prepare recommendations for changes in methods and practices where appropriate. Design user interfaces Preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions. Defining systems scope and objectives. Planning and scheduling the installation of new or modified hardware and operating systems and applications software. Participate in business initiatives that focused on increasing business performance and decrease cost/expenses through business initiatives (Business initiatives are primarily concerned about organization-wide change managements. Average monetary ROI for business initiative is 100k USD, average target is 2-3 initiatives per year ) Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet AICE and department requirements, policies and standards Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering 4-6 years experience as System Analyst for Oracle ERP Manufacturing modules with strong knowledge in: 1- Costing 2- Inventory(OPM) 3- Purchasing and PRs 4- Having good knowledge in Oracle SLA.
