Description 1- Assist clients by advising full requirement of a prearranged travel to keep clients satisfaction and loyal for our future services. 2- Designing/developing tours programs, provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travellers. 3- Knowledgeable for the use of promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages. 4- Plan and sell transportations, hotel/apartment accommodations, airline tickets, travel insurance, international driving licenses and other travel services. 5-Coordinate with clients to determine their needs and advise them about appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations. 6- Handling in calm and diplomatic manner with clients difficulties, complaints and refunds where same have to advise/report to the incumbent Travel Supervisors. 7- Make hotel reservations, book transportation, prepares airline / holidays quotation. 8- Collecting travel payments and handling client accounts. 9- Network with tour operators and attend travel seminars/trainings to remain updated with tourism trends. 10- Collecting supplier or client data into our software and maintain a recording file. 11- Market and promote the company services to meet profit and sales targets.
Qualifications -Bachelors’ or an equivalent degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field 3-Age between 25-30 4-Three (3) years of experience as a Travel agent. 5-Previous working experience in business administration or travel and tourism sector is highly preferred. 6-Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel. Particulars proficiency using mainly Amadeus, Sabre & others . 7-Educated about geographical position of a particular destinations. 8-Able to work as part of team, high level of customer service, have stress management, able to meet deadlines. 9-Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus. 10-Strong organizational/sales focus and commercial awareness. 11-Ability to interact, communicate negotiate effectively, keen to details. 12- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends, comprehensive industry knowledge. 13-Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
