Description -Develop advertising campaigns. -Work with account executives to come up with ad campaigns. -Direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of a campaign team to advance campaign goals. -Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development. -Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for organizations -Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies. -Confer with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or product to be advertised. -Serve as liaisons between the firm requiring the advertising and an advertising or promotion agency that actually develops and places the ads.
Qualifications -Bachelor degree. -Fluent command of English language either spoken or written -Excellent MS office & computer skills -Excellent communication and -negotiation skills -Hard worker and can work under pressure -Creative -Self organized and team player -3-5 years of experience in same position is a must.
