Description - Responsible for the accurate & complete data entry for accidents, incidents & hazard reports. - Update the Safety Manager in coordinating activities of the Safety dept. with clients. - Ensure liaison with customers Safety / HSE dept. in scheduling meetings, reports & other activities. - Following up on Safety Audit schedule & create reports regarding Audit findings. - Assist in the preparation of monthly & annual safety status report for the companys activities, safety assessment of such activities & statistics, trends & recommended actions. - Function as a member of Safety Audit teams in scheduling Safety Audits of company activities. - Assist in the inspection of offices & operating bases to ensure their continued suitability for use including office & industrial safety. - Ensure dissemination of safety related topics through electronic & paper media.
Qualifications 1. Two Years of experience in related field. 2. One year Experience in a Safety Position. 3. Hazard Analysis Courses. 5. Safety related courses.
