Description     — Work in a collaborative team performing research and analysis — Contribute to presentation materials for client engagements — Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting — Develop understanding of our clients business — Assist in the review and analysis of various client issues (operational and financial) — Assist in the review and analysis of various external / marketplace issues — Assist in the preparation and review of complex financial models — Assist in performing financial due diligence — Assist in the preparation of business valuations (using different approaches) — Assist in the preparation of clients deliverables — Liaison directly with client staff — Assist in client pursuits and eminence building activities
Qualifications    • 3-4 years of experience in financial consulting and advisory (Financial Advisory/Corporate Finance) or Investment Banking/ Merchant Banking preferably in Corporate Finance Department with experience in areas such as business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, financial modeling and re-structuring, advisory relating to raising debt or equity. • Demonstrated ability to manage people and plan components of engagements along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines. • Professional qualification in progress (CFA/MBA with emphasis on finance) • Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills. • Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent business writing skills (both Arabic and English). • Motivated, dedicated, dynamic & hard worker. • Bilinguals (Arabic & English).
