Description Investigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic/orders - Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement - Liaise with in-house teams to implement and support campaigns and build traffic & sales via the website - Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analysis, surveys etc) -work on all sizes of e-commerce sites, and produce copy to keep site visitors engaged and, most importantly, buying. - Generate and update Online shipping website content (products, content, and promotions) - Maintain currency of website information at all times. - Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements - Identify or address website issues. - Report any operational/technical issues arising and collaborate with development/ IT teams resolve them. - Track, compile, and analyze web site usage data. - Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems - Document application and web site changes or change procedures. - Gather, analyze, or document user feedback to locate or resolve sources of problems. - Respond to Customers inquires and/or complains in writing and coordinate with concerned departments to solve them to ensure customers satisfaction.
Qualifications College degree, preferably in Business Management,Marketing, Journalism with a strong E_COMMERCE profile and e-marketing background - 2-4 years experience in similar position is a must - strong e-commerce profile is a must. - Excellent awareness of the next big trend or latest social media site.
