Job Details

  • Salary: $5,769 per year (paid in EGP at the official exchange rate).
  • Work Schedule: Full-time - 40 hours per week (shift-based, as determined by the supervisor).

  • Promotion Potential: LE-4

Duties

  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls to and from the embassy.
  • Address inquiries promptly and direct calls to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Provide callers with information about embassy services, visas, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with conference calls and other telecommunications needs as required.

Qualifications Required

Experience:

  • One year of experience in a fast-paced office environment with proficiency in Microsoft software.

Job Knowledge:

  • Thorough knowledge of customer service principles to assist callers professionally and courteously.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • Completion of secondary school is required.

Languages:

  • Good working knowledge of English (reading, speaking, and writing) is required (testing will be conducted).
  • Fluent in Arabic (reading, speaking, and writing).

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must successfully pass medical and security certifications.
  • A probationary period of three months applies.

  • If temporary authorization for payment in USD is removed, payment will revert to EGP.
