Description Head of HR Share Services will focus on customer first and will have the overall responsibility for the delivery of the agreed HR services in high quality, time and budget while being involved in the day-to day operations. Accountable to Egypt and Middle East HR Board. This position is responsible to provide leadership, to translate strategy into activities, to support developing processes aligned with strategy, policies and guidelines, and to manage and implement the derived services and/or projects. Strategy & Planning:- - Provide input to HR Operations strategy, and translate the related parts into own operational plans; monitor compliance and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations. - Represents the Cross Divisional HR Service Organization, responsible for 3 countries; Egypt, KSA and UAE. - Is overall accountable for performance including customer satisfaction - Manage processes and standards for HR Operations aspects (e.g.services, processes, projects) in close cooperation with the respective Practice Networks and IT - Work closely with stakeholders at global / regional / country level as relevant to drive respective projects and initiatives and to anticipate future needs and opportunities; these are usually,HR Heads,HRBPs, HR Boards, respective Executive oards/Committees, Practice Networks, IT, Finance, Business.
Qualifications Human Resources education or similar. • Excellent command of written and spoken English • Proven leadership skills • Proven project management skills • Vendor management • Problem solving and analytical skills
