Description Job Duties Responsibilities: — Manage development, tracking, and reporting of complex project, production schedules, departments plans, business sectors plans, based on the input from functional departments and project managers. — Lead the development of standardized and consistent schedules for multiple projects. — Work with functional department managers, business sectors managers, and project managers to develop detailed schedules for each party. — Develop technical reports for functional departments to monitor performance and identify variances with respect to baselines and budgets. — Trouble-shoot and follow-up on potential schedule problems. — Maintain and manage schedules to reflect accuracy in schedule when changes happen. — Provide recommendations for schedule maintenance, evaluation tools, reporting formats, and corrective actions. — Problem Solving — Process Planning — Action Plans follow up — On site follow up
Qualifications Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: • Required education: Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration or a technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical power or similar) with an interest in Project Management/Project Controls. • Knowledge of Primavera or Microsoft Project software is preferred. • Required experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in MRP, MPS, Project Management, or Master Planning.
