Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Handles the day-to-day operations of Sales operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Responsible for S&OP monthly process, handling all channels volume planning and analysis. Prepare new initiatives annual volume forecast and pipeline filling based on estimated exit share. Lead cross-functional communication with sales and marketing to develop effective sell-in strategies, collaborate to develop and implement sales programs and priorities. Control and follow volume trends of developmental SKUs, and reports findings. Monitor distributors business process by following up on distributors sell in, sell out, stock replenishment and expenditure to ensure consistency of distributors business plans. Monitor and follow up routine and non-routine trade activities in order to support the achievement of optimum performance. Responsible for the sales database primary and secondary reports, historical data, retail audit, efficiency report, etc. Preparing analytical reports for the sales department. Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business related field relevant experience in sales operations/ planning in the FMCG field Strong analytical skills Confident, self-starter able to work in a dynamic environment Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Dynamic Team Building. • Problem Solving for power solutions. Strategic Thinking & Risk Taking.
