Description To contact new leads, introduce the company and its services and convert potential leads into live accounts. To monitor existing client accounts and follow up on dormant accounts to resell services. Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits & maintain high standard of personal presentation. Attend networking events and exhibitions to attract new leads and promote the company in a professional manner. To arrange and attend client meetings. To provide daily reports via a CMS to management updating them on all new and potential leads. Meet monthly targets.
Qualifications • Previous sales experience is a must. • Fluent Arabic & English; knowledge of a third language is an advantage as well as background in FOREX or online trading. • Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Meets commitments. • Maintains confidentiality; Listens to others without interrupting & good attention to details; Keeps emotions under control and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence. • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions. • Organized manner and proactive in obtaining new business. • Initiative and creative with ways of generating new business and promoting the company. • Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task.
