Description - Reporting directly to the Managing Director, will include managing a team of up to 6 outbound sales - Oversee the achievement of performance targets and budgeted goals - Manage daily operations of the call center including personnel, scheduling, training, reporting and outbound lead pipelines - Work with direct reports to maintain excellent service level, monitor performance and ensure employee performance meets established benchmarks - Develop and coordinate telesales selling cycle and methodology - Develop and implement business tactics to support organizational strategies and goals - Development, implementation and oversight of outbound acquisition sales programs - Oversee ongoing documentation of all processes and procedures for telesales channel - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and business analysis
Qualifications - BA/BS degree - MBA a plus - Strong working knowledge of outbound marketing strategies/practices, database marketing, and project management skills - 5-7 years experience in managing outbound telemarketing strategy and execution of programs -Strong leadership skills - Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment - Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic - Fluent in English - Ability to solve complex marketing related problems and process improvement - Effective communication skills both written and oral - Strong presentation skills and financial/analytically skills.
