Description Receiving hiring documents from new employees, making sure that all papers are complete and no missing papers Preparing resigned/fired employees Preparing bank applications for the new comers and current ones if they dont have. Responsible for delivering the resigned employees their papers and taking away their attendance cards and health insurance cards Preparing the insurance forms (1 & 6) and giving them to Personnel HD ready to be sent to the insurance authority. Recording the (1 & 6) forms in the files after getting them from insurance office. Preparing any reports or data required from Personnel Supervisor. Revising and maintaining attendance system Following up employee attendance record Responsible for Payroll Variable entries on calculation sheet Revising and updating KPIs system Reviewing and simplify the KPIs process Finalizing monthly KPIs process Assisting the personnel manager in dealing with the Insurance office
Qualifications • Labor law background is a must • Good Communication skills • Very good Computer skills • Team work spirit
