Description     — Receiving hiring documents from new employees, making sure that all papers are complete and no missing papers — Preparing resigned/fired employees — Preparing bank applications for the new comers and current ones if they dont have. — Responsible for delivering the resigned employees their papers and taking away their attendance cards and health insurance cards — Preparing the insurance forms (1 & 6) and giving them to Personnel HD ready to be sent to the insurance authority. — Recording the (1 & 6) forms in the files after getting them from insurance office. — Preparing any reports or data required from Personnel Supervisor. — Revising and maintaining attendance system — Following up employee attendance record — Responsible for Payroll Variable entries on calculation sheet — Revising and updating KPIs system — Reviewing and simplify the KPIs process — Finalizing monthly KPIs process — Assisting the personnel manager in dealing with the Insurance office
Qualifications    • Labor law background is a must • Good Communication skills • Very good Computer skills • Team work spirit
