Description — Assess existing volume recruiting processes and practices, and recommend and implement appropriately considered means to improve productivity and process efficiencies. — Determine appropriate productivity levels for the in-house recruiters and coordinators to meet resource planning requirements clearly identifying any recruiting and/ or development needs. — Review current resource planning mechanisms and optimize their usage in determining future requirements. — Identify a holistic mix of candidate sourcing channels with ongoing review and evaluation of effectiveness in quantity, quality and retention of hire, to include job boards, careers fairs, open-house days, among others. — Continue to promote and evolve the effective conversion of employee referrals. — Lead the Diversity recruiting strategy, working and collaborating with divisional HR teams. — Identify the most effective interviewing and assessment mechanisms for volume hiring to be deployed aligned to requirements and locations of hire.
