Description * Prepare and process all order processing related documentations * Prepare initial quotations * Co-ordinate with Operations * Attend to all Sales inquiries * Liaise with customers on inquiries and job acceptance status * Enhance the image of the company in the community by personal involvement in organizations, and by participating in events that raise awareness of the company. * Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. * Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Qualifications * 2+ years of relevant working experience * very good English * Proficient interpersonal communications skills (both written and oral); knowledge of accounting principles; procedures and operations; demonstrated knowledge of sales management and business development * Experience in customer service will be an added advantage * Good attention to details and meticulous * time management * Flexibility
